Vector Prep and Arts School promotes a holistic commitment to excellence by providing character building education that improves the lives of our students, their families, and the Chandler, AZ, communities in which they live. It begins with a foundation of strong character strengths that establish our core values.
These six character traits are the values we instill in all of our students, staff, and families. The character traits are trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, being caring, and citizenship. Vector students are exposed to in-school rallies, special opportunities, and classroom activities that encourage them to adopt these characteristics in engaging ways.
Making decisions is not difficult when you know your core values.
High Expectations as an Individual
Having core values is just the beginning of the journey. Developing these core values through K-6 character building education is the foundation for which we believe success is achieved. Development of character strength includes students, teachers, parents, and leadership. To lead others, you must learn to lead from within. U.L.E.A.D. is the foundation by which we individually strive to achieve success.

Producing Results as a Team
Establishing personal core values and leading oneself is the start of making a tangible impact within a team. Becoming a leader for yourself is not easy or always straightforward. It requires having role models, practicing character values daily, learning from your mistakes, and knowing how to put what sounds good into action. Self-leadership is most often the result of consistency plus trial and error.
Only through competent individuals can a resilient team be built. A team is formed out of strong individual contributions, mutual support, and commitment. As a team, WE IMPACT our school, our community, and beyond. We empower one another to make changes and produce results as a team.
Leadership starts from within, but together as a team W.E.I.M.P.A.C.T. our students, families, and fellow team members. Success is achieved as a team!
